Frequently asked questions
Does LeaderSkills.ai replace the leadership course?
Not necessarily. The course gives the framework, LeaderSkills.ai gives the repetitions. Many use the platform between sessions so that what was learned is actually used.
Does training in LeaderSkills.ai count as statutory health and safety training?
No. Section 3-5 of the Norwegian Working Environment Act requires the employer to complete training in health, safety and environment work, which is covered by an HSE course. LeaderSkills.ai is the conversation practice that comes on top.
How do we document the training?
Each manager’s training history is kept in the platform, and HR sees anonymised insight across managers.
