Conversations happen by voice or text. That makes it possible to practise anywhere, including without a camera.
Can we create our own scenarios in LeaderSkills.ai?
Yes. The organisation can create its own scenarios, for example based on its own guidelines or recurring situations, and choose which conversations managers see.
