Lederboksen is a physical booth at the workplace. LeaderSkills.ai runs in the browser, so each manager can practise wherever they are, when the conversation is coming up.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use both?
Yes. They are not mutually exclusive. Some organisations want a physical room for focused sessions while also letting managers practise from home or right before a conversation.
Does LeaderSkills.ai need any equipment?
No. It runs in the browser on PC or Mac. To practise by voice you need a microphone, and most laptops have one built in.
Where is the data stored?
Database and login are hosted in the EU (Stockholm). The AI providers process conversation content in the USA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The full list of sub-processors is on the security page.
